application process

received applications

You apply on our recruiting portal or via e-mail for an advertised position or on your own initiative. Once we have received your application documents, we will do our best to complete the application process quickly. We aim to achieve a maximum of three weeks for the entire process from receipt of your application to our job proposal.

checking the documents

In the second step, your documents are checked by both the HR department and the specialist department to see whether you fit our company - and if we fit you.

interview invitation

If your application persuades us, we will contact you and invite you to an interview. Depending on the circumstances, this can take place on site or via Microsoft Teams.

second interview

If you were able to impress us at the first meeting, we would like to get to know you even better in a second meeting.

hiring

• If you have also convinced us in the second interview, then nothing more can stand in the way of your time at Medialine. We will contact you and make you an offer.
