Healthy growth, continuous development and technological progress

Besides developing Medialine AG, we were able to tap into additional business areas and markets through organic growth as well as strategic business acquisitions and steadily expand the Medialine Group. In 2002, we founded our first company abroad in Romania with a focus on software. This successful nearshore development resulted from the Hörhammer family's roots in Romania as well as the abundance of well-trained local programmers. Medialine enterprise IT solutions GmbH has been supplying customised business software in the areas of CRM, ERP and DMS since 2009. As early as 2013, we cultivated an in-depth partnership with the Berlin-based itk communications GmbH, as a voice & unified communications service provider, which has since also become part of the company group. In 2015, we decided to expand our presence in the D-A-CH region and founded a subsidiary in Austria. Today, with four locations in Austria, Medialine offers the entire portfolio - made in Austria - and has highly specialised teams of experts. In 2018, interface systems GmbH was integrated into the Medialine Group as part of a share deal. With more than 20 years of market experience, the Dresden-based IT system house brings high-quality know-how and consulting power to the Medialine Group and is an excellent addition to the group's portfolio. Since 2021, Düsseldorf-based IT-On.NET has also been part of the Medialine Group and complements our portfolio with in-depth security know-how, operational and service resources. With almost 20 locations in Germany and five branches in Europe, the Medialine Group offers our customers comprehensive expertise, a nationwide service network and holistic support for their IT projects.

2021

The Düsseldorf system house IT-On.NET becomes part of the Medialine Group. Medialine thus strengthens its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia and gains know-how and manpower in the areas of IT security and IT operations.
Defended our title as "Best Managed Service Provider" in the customer survey by ChannelPartner and Computerwoche.

2020

Defended the title of "System House of the Year"
Award for "Best Managed Service Provider" from ChannelPartner and Computerwoche

2019

Not only did we become System House of the Year in 2019, but we also received a special award as "Best Enabler Digital Transformation"

2018

We welcome the system house interface:systems GmbH with locations in Dresden and Berlin to our group
Growth in Austria: Helios Technologie GmbH and ML11- EDV Dienstleistungen GmbH become part of the Medialine Group. ML11 is present in Austria with 3 locations and over 30 employees

2017

Expansion and restructuring of the Medialine Business Solutions Unit - more than 40 employees now work in highly specialised expert teams for the business success of our customers.
