With GetSmart, you benefit from the functionalities of a document management system directly in your Cobra CRM.

Whether addresses, article data, documents, customer and supplier sales or open items: With the Mesonic WINLine / CAS Genesis World Integration Server you can automatically exchange a wide range of data between your ERP and CRM systems. Benefit from fully automatic address matching and manage multiple clients; transfer ERP documents including item positions and match sales transactions directly in CAS Genesis World with all associated documents. Likewise, you can synchronize all available data from WINLine with Genesis World for information and evaluation purposes and consolidate multiple clients in the ERP system into one object in CAS Genesis World CRM. Last but not least, you benefit from transparent processes and workflows that can be mapped individually: For example, you can specify that an approval process is started when the discount on a quotation exceeds a defined value; or that when a maintenance order is created, the spare parts order is automatically generated and a corresponding job is created in Genesis World for the salesperson.
